Mobile massage therapy approved
Mobile massage therapy establishments are allowed to operate in Nebraska under a bill passed May 23.

LB244, sponsored by Bayard Sen. Steve Erdman, authorizes such mobile units to be operated by individuals licensed under the Massage Therapy Practice Act.
Among other requirements, services may be performed only while a mobile massage therapy unit is legally parked and a unit cannot conduct business within 300 feet of a brick and mortar licensed massage therapy establishment.
LB244 passed on a 45-0 vote.
