{"id":9132,"date":"2013-02-27T12:39:03","date_gmt":"2013-02-27T18:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=9132"},"modified":"2013-03-11T10:55:23","modified_gmt":"2013-03-11T16:55:23","slug":"expanded-game-and-parks-powers-advanced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=9132","title":{"rendered":"Expanded Game and Parks powers advanced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Senators voted to advance a bill Feb. 27 that would expand powers delegated to the state Game and Parks Commission.<\/p>\n<p>LB499, introduced by Bancroft Sen. Lydia Brasch, would establish a new set of administrative procedures under which commission orders could be passed.
