{"id":8315,"date":"2013-01-25T15:29:55","date_gmt":"2013-01-25T21:29:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=8315"},"modified":"2013-09-12T13:38:11","modified_gmt":"2013-09-12T19:38:11","slug":"earlier-property-tax-filing-deadline-proposed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=8315","title":{"rendered":"Earlier property tax filing deadline proposed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Revenue Committee heard testimony Jan. 25 on a bill that would change the late filing date for personal property tax returns.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, taxpayers must meet a July 31 deadline for late personal property tax filings. LB28, introduced by Kearney Sen. Galen Hadley, would change the deadline to June 30.
