Beau McCoy, which would eliminate certain sales tax exemptions, corporate and individual income taxes and the franchise tax and change other tax provisions;<\/li>\n<li>LB407, sponsored by Cedar Rapids Sen. Kate Sullivan, which would change calculation provisions under the Tax Equity and Educational Opportunities Support Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB430, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sue Crawford, which would change asset limitation for the Aid to Dependent Children program, child care subsidy and the Welfare Reform Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB433, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Scott Price, which would require a report and change administration procedures for ballots at hospitals and nursing homes;<\/li>\n<li>LB438, sponsored by York Sen. Greg Adams, which would provide for priority schools, operating councils and community schools;<\/li>\n<li>LB448, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Bill Avery, which would prohibit contributions by lobbyists to candidates for or members of the Legislature during a legislative session;<\/li>\n<li>LB451, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Charlie Janssen, which would prohibit federal restrictions on firearms, magazines and firearm accessories as prescribed;<\/li>\n<li>LB463, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Brad Ashford, which would change the number of separate juvenile court judges;<\/li>\n<li>LB485, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Danielle Conrad, which would prohibit discrimination based upon sexual orientation as prescribed; and<\/li>\n<li>LR34CA, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, a proposed constitutional amendment that would authorize gaming and direct use of the proceeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A complete <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2013\">list of introduced bills <\/a>is available at NebraskaLegislature.gov.<\/p>\n<p>New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 23.
