Rick Kolowski, which would authorize school districts to levy a tax and exceed budget authority for school security measures;<\/li>\n<li>LB351, sponsored by Scottsbluff Sen. John Harms, which would require cognitive tests for persons 80 years of age or older to obtain a motor vehicle operator\u2019s license;<\/li>\n<li>LB366, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tanya Cook, which would adopt the Remedial Adult Education Innovation Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB370, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Steve Lathrop, which would create the County Property Tax Assistance Program and the Municipal Property Tax Assistance Program;<\/li>\n<li>LB377, sponsored by Wahoo Sen. Jerry Johnson, which would change provisions relating to annexation of a county road by city or village;<\/li>\n<li>LB378, sponsored by Papillion\u00a0Sen. Jim Smith, which would eliminate fees for the issuance of certain license plates;<\/li>\n<li>LB380, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sara Howard, which would provide for adoption by two adult persons jointly;<\/li>\n<li>LB390, sponsored by Imperial Sen. Mark Christensen, which would change provisions relating to the governor\u2019s powers regarding restrictions on firearms and ammunition under the Emergency Management Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB391, sponsored by Hyannis Sen. Al Davis, which would change water law provisions relating to water storage; and<\/li>\n<li>LB394, sponsored by Lincoln Sen.
