Les Seiler, which would change political subdivision election provisions;<\/li>\n<li>LB300, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Bob Krist, which would provide licensure requirements for health care facilities and require the Department of Health and Human Services to provide abortion information;<\/li>\n<li>LB302, sponsored by Cortland Sen. Norm Wallman, which would change total disability income benefits under the Nebraska Workers\u2019 Compensation Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB308, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, which would change income tax calculations relating to the federal alternative minimum tax;<\/li>\n<li>LB316, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Burke Harr, which would redefine automobile liability policy;<\/li>\n<li>LB317, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Scott Price, which would change a duty of county assessors relating to real property valuation;<\/li>\n<li>LB320, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Amanda McGill, which would change temporary custody without a warrant provisions of the Nebraska Juvenile Code;<\/li>\n<li>LB324, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Scott Lautenbaugh, which would change provisions of the Nebraska Workers\u2019 Compensation Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB335, sponsored by Imperial Sen. Mark Christensen, which would authorize the possession of firearms as prescribed; and<\/li>\n<li>LB339, sponsored by Ogallala Sen. Ken Schilz, which would change fence dispute provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A complete <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2013\">list of introduced bills<\/a> is available at NebraskaLegislature.gov. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 23.<\/p>\n<p>Committee hearings are scheduled to begin Jan. 22 and continue through March.
