Greg Adams, which would appropriate funds for state government expenses;<\/li>\n<li>LB201, sponsored by Malcolm Sen. Ken Haar, which would authorize emergency expenditures by school districts and educational service units;<\/li>\n<li>LB202, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Colby Coash, which would change provisions relating to DNA collection;<\/li>\n<li>LB203, sponsored by Norfolk Sen. Jim Scheer, which would change provisions relating to solid waste under the Environmental Protection Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB216, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Amanda McGill, which would adopt the Young Adult Voluntary Services and Support Act;<\/li>\n<li>LB217, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Bill Avery, which would change constitutional officers\u2019 salaries;<\/li>\n<li>LB224, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Charlie Janssen, which would provide veterans preference for public contracts as prescribed;<\/li>\n<li>LB231, sponsored by Omaha Sen. John Nelson, which would establish a uniform reimbursement rate for adult day services;<\/li>\n<li>LB232, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Steve Lathrop, which would change judges\u2019 salaries; and<\/li>\n<li>LB235, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sara Howard, which would change precinct size requirements and procedures for drawing political subdivision boundaries and changing polling places, while providing for election advisory committees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A complete <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2013\">list of introduced bills<\/a> is available at NebraskaLegislature.gov.<\/p>\n<p>New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 23.<\/p>\n<p>Nebraska Supreme Court Justice Mike Heavican\u2019s State of the Judiciary address is scheduled for Jan. 17.
