Burke Harr, which would change provisions relating to guardians ad litem in adoption proceedings;<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15932\" target=\"_blank\">LB944<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Beau McCoy, which would prohibit campaign expenditures for personal services of elective officeholders;<br \/>\n\u2022<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15477\" target=\"_blank\"> LB945<\/a>, sponsored by Malcolm Sen. Ken Haar, which would require licensees under the Child Care Licensing Act to provide proof of radon levels at child care locations;<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15616\" target=\"_blank\">LB946<\/a>, sponsored by York Sen. Greg Adams, which would adopt the Community College Aid Act;<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15459\" target=\"_blank\">LB949<\/a>, sponsored by the Legislative Performance Audit Committee, which would require reports and a strategic plan by the division of children and family services of the state Department of Health and Human Services;<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15786\" target=\"_blank\">LB954<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Tony Fulton, which would change provisions of the college savings plan;<br \/>\n\u2022<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15725\" target=\"_blank\"> LB956<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Brad Ashford, which would authorize an increase in city sales tax rates;<br \/>\n\u2022<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15462\" target=\"_blank\"> LB957<\/a>, sponsored by the Health and Human Services Committee, which would adopt the Office of Inspector General for the Nebraska Child Welfare Act;<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15551\" target=\"_blank\">LB959<\/a>, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Charlie Janssen, which would provide immunity to employers for job references; and<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=15575\" target=\"_blank\">LB967<\/a>, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, which would change an interest rate relating to delinquent taxes and special assessments.<\/p>\n<p>New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 19.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/\" target=\"_blank\">introduced bills<\/a> is available at NebraskaLegislature.gov.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Dave Heineman\u2019s State of the State address is scheduled for Jan. 12.
