Dave Murman<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Currently, prospective teachers, substitutes and administrators must complete human relations training in order to be certified in Nebraska.<\/p>\n<p>LB1022, introduced by Glenvil Sen. Dave Murman, creates an exception for applicants for a substitute teacher\u2019s certificate.
