{"id":40385,"date":"2026-03-12T10:52:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T16:52:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=40385"},"modified":"2026-03-12T10:52:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T16:52:31","slug":"omnibus-ag-bill-approved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=40385","title":{"rendered":"Omnibus ag bill approved"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A bill intended to modernize regulatory language and update certain fees related to fertilizer and soil conditioners was given final approval March 12. <\/p>\n<p>LB948, introduced by the Agriculture Committee, renames the Nebraska Commercial Fertilizer and Soil Conditioners Act as the Nebraska Commercial Fertilizer and Beneficial Substances Act.
