Beau Ballard<\/figcaption><\/figure> <\/p>\n<p>Previously, transportation network companies such as Uber and Lyft were prohibited from using dynamic pricing statewide during any state of emergency declared by the governor. <\/p>\n<p>LB771, sponsored by Lincoln Sen.
