John Cavanaugh, which would provide a cause of action against certain adults for allowing a minor to possess a handgun and create an offense of leaving a loaded firearm in a location accessible to a minor;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63314&amp;docnum=LB960&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB960<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Terrell McKinney of Omaha, which would provide a requirement to include nonvoting student members on school boards;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63107&amp;docnum=LB969&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB969<\/a>, sponsored by Syracuse Sen. Bob Hallstrom, which would establish a database of financial information from counties and municipalities;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63005&amp;docnum=LB975&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB975<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Danielle Conrad of Lincoln, which would adopt the Private Attorney Retention Sunshine Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62973&amp;docnum=LB978&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB978<\/a>, sponsored by Whitman Sen. Tanya Storer, which would provide for civil actions for conduct relating to obscene material, child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation devices;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62832&amp;docnum=LB984&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB984<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Wendy DeBoer of Bennington, which would require both parties to be 18 years of age or older for a marriage license;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62606&amp;docnum=LB986&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB986<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Eliot Bostar, which would allow expenditure of campaign funds for security services and systems under the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63333&amp;docnum=LB987&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB987<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Dan Lonowski of Hastings, which would adopt the Vision Benefit Plan Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63071&amp;docnum=LR297CA&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LR297CA<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Machaela Cavanaugh, a proposed constitutional amendment to change provisions related to amending, repealing, modifying or impairing a law enacted by initiative petition; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63382&amp;docnum=LR298CA&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LR298CA<\/a>, introduced by Sen.
