Dan Quick, which would provide for use of the Behavioral Health Services Fund for individuals with substance use disorder;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63353&amp;docnum=LB732&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB732<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Kathleen Kauth of Omaha, which would change provisions relating to the ability of a health care practitioner to provide cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers under the Let Them Grow Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62861&amp;docnum=LB734&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB734<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Megan Hunt, which would change waiver of work requirements under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63117&amp;docnum=LB751&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB751<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Ashlei Spivey of Omaha, which would require a study to improve reporting and investigation of missing Black women and children;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62636&amp;docnum=LB762&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB762<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. George Dungan, which would require insurance coverage of pediatric autoimmune disorders;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62841&amp;docnum=LB764&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB764<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Rick Holdcroft of Bellevue, which would provide for certain Department of Correctional Services employees to be law enforcement officers;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63236&amp;docnum=LB791&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB791<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Jane Raybould, which would provide a contribution limit for candidate and ballot question committees under the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=62858&amp;docnum=LB816&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB816<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Tanya Storer of Whitman, which would provide privileges and immunities relating to peer support services communications by public safety personnel;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63230&amp;docnum=LB825&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB825<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Beau Ballard, which would require training on domestic abuse for mental health practitioners under the Uniform Credentialing Act; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=63374&amp;docnum=LR282&amp;leg=109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LR282<\/a>, introduced by the Executive Board, which would provide for the expulsion of Amherst Sen.
