Dan Quick<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Under current law, the full Legislature must give approval for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission to provide an indication of intent to incorporate land or facilities owned by a local governmental subdivision or agency into the state park system.<\/p>\n<p>Under LB364, sponsored by Grand Island Sen. Dan Quick, the Executive Board could provide approval when the Legislature is not in session.
