John Cavanaugh<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Certain statements made by juvenile defendants will no longer be allowed to be used against them in other proceedings under a bill passed by lawmakers Feb. 29.<\/p>\n<p>LB184, introduced by Omaha Sen.
