George Dungan of Lincoln, which would adopt the Public Entities Pooled Investment Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55084\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1177<\/a>, sponsored by Elkhorn Sen. R. Brad von Gillern, which would change provisions relating to a documentary stamp tax exemption;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=54884\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1178<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Anna Wishart of Lincoln, which would create the Intergenerational Care Facility Incentive Grant Program;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55389\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1181<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Beau Ballard, which would change requirements relating to controlled substances, prescription drugs, pharmacists and pharmacies as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55373\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1182<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Eliot Bostar of Lincoln, which would increase the earned income tax credit;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55394\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1185<\/a>, sponsored by Kearney Sen. John Lowe, which would change the offense of obstructing a peace officer;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55400\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1186<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Rita Sanders of Bellevue, which would change provisions of the One-Call Notification System Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1187<\/a>, sponsored by Gering Sen. Brian Hardin, which would allow registered nurses to perform auricular acupuncture as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=54687\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1190<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Terrell McKinney of Omaha, which would adopt the Professional Service Contract Reporting Act; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=55503\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LB1191<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen.
