Machaela Cavanaugh, which would adopt the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Act;<\/p>\n LB1140<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Steve Erdman of Bayard, which would prohibit geologic transport or storage of carbon dioxide and eliminate the Nebraska Geologic Storage of Carbon Dioxide Act;<\/p>\n LB1142<\/a>, introduced by Omaha Sen. Justin Wayne, which would require and restrict certain actions of any animal control facility, animal rescue, animal shelter or rabies control authority;<\/p>\n LB1150<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Tom Brandt of Plymouth, which would change the Tax Equity and Educational Opportunities Support Act;<\/p>\n LB1158<\/a>, introduced by Lincoln Sen. Eliot Bostar, which would adopt the Medical Debt Relief Act and provide certain income tax consequences;<\/p>\n LB1166<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. John Lowe of Kearney, which would provide requirements for zoning regulations and accessory dwelling units;<\/p>\n LB1168<\/a>, introduced by Bennington Sen. Wendy DeBoer, which would adopt the Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act;<\/p>\n LB1170<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Merv Riepe of Ralston, which would change provisions of the Employment Security Law relating to benefit amounts and periods of disqualification for benefits; and<\/p>\n
