LB1106<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jen Day, which would provide for coverage of lactation consultations under the Medical Assistance Act;<\/p>\n LB1109<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Merv Riepe of Ralston, which would provide an exception under the Preborn Child Protection Act to allow an abortion after 12 weeks in the case of a fatal fetal anomaly and change and eliminate certain penalty provisions relating to abortions;<\/p>\n LB1111<\/a>, sponsored by Elmwood Sen. Robert Clements, which would require city-county health departments to obtain approval for directed health measures;<\/p>\n LB1113<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Fred Meyer of Saint Paul, which would change provisions relating to the types of property receiving a property tax exemption under the ImagiNE Nebraska Act;<\/p>\n LB1114<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Eliot Bostar, which would adopt the Endow Nebraska Act and provide tax credits;<\/p>\n LB1116<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Teresa Ibach of Sumner, which would adopt the Grocer Reinvestment Option Act;<\/p>\n LB1120<\/a>, sponsored by Gering Sen. Brian Hardin, which would require affidavits for certain purchases of real property near military installations;<\/p>\n LB1123<\/a>, introduced by Sen. George Dungan of Lincoln, which would provide for postconviction relief for a claim of actual innocence and for exceptions from time limitations and procedural defaults;<\/p>\n LB1126<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen.
