Brian Hardin of Gering, which would prohibit certain actions relating to distribution of drugs by 340B entities;<\/p>\n LB994<\/a>, introduced by Omaha Sen. Justin Wayne, which would provide for the Legislature to administer the state Department of Correctional Services and appoint the director;<\/p>\n LB999<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Teresa Ibach of Sumner, which would change provisions of the Nebraska Hemp Farming Act and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act;<\/p>\n LB1013<\/a>, introduced by Fremont Sen. Lynne Walz, which would create the Family Engagement Grant Program for certain schools;<\/p>\n LB1022<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Rita Sanders of Bellevue, which would adopt the Cast and Crew Nebraska Act and provide for tax credits and grants;<\/p>\n LB1023<\/a>, introduced by Elkhorn Sen. R. Brad von Gillern, which would provide income tax exemptions for certain research or experimental expenditures;<\/p>\n LB1027<\/a>, sponsored by Sen.
