Senators reconvened Jan. 12 to continue introduction of new bills.<\/p>\n

Among the 84 measures introduced were:<\/p>\n

LB342<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Brian Hardin of Gering, which would change provisions relating to home inspectors;<\/p>\n

LB344<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Christy Armendariz, which would exclude certain delinquent taxes from qualifying for tax credits under the Nebraska Property Tax Incentive Act;<\/p>\n

LB367<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Danielle Conrad of Lincoln, which would adopt the Fair Chance Hiring Act;<\/p>\n

LB374<\/a>, introduced by Glenvil Sen. Dave Murman, which would adopt the Parents\u2019 Bill of Rights and Academic Transparency Act;<\/p>\n

LB381<\/a>, introduced by Sen. Machaela Cavanaugh of Omaha, which would adopt the Mental Health Wellness Act and authorize county sales and use taxes;<\/p>\n

LB385<\/a>, introduced by Elkhorn Sen. Lou Ann Linehan, which would adopt the Nebraska Teacher Recruitment and Retention Act;<\/p>\n

LB390<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Robert Clements of Elmwood, which would change provisions relating to ballots for early voting under the Election Act;<\/p>\n

LB391<\/a>, introduced by Omaha Sen. Jen Day, which would provide criminal and civil immunity for pregnancy outcomes;<\/p>\n

LB413<\/a>, sponsored by Sen. Carol Blood of Bellevue, which would adopt the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact;<\/p>\n

LB416<\/a>, introduced by Omaha Sen. Kathleen Kauth, which would change provisions relating to the taxation of nonresident income.<\/p>\n
