Suzanne Geist, authorizes Josh the Otter-Be Safe Around Water license plates, available as of Jan. 1, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The fee for the alphanumeric plate is $5, credited to the Josh the Otter-Be Safe Around Water Cash Fund.
