Tom Brandt<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>LB306, introduced by Sen. Tom Brandt of Plymouth, would increase the eligibility threshold for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program from 130 percent of the federal poverty level to 150 percent.
