John Stinner, which would change provisions relating to enforcement of railroad safety standards;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=44074\">LB151<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Adam Morfeld, which would adopt the Prosecutorial Transparency Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43522\">LB179<\/a>, sponsored by Elkhorn Sen. Lou Ann Linehan, which would transition from elected to appointed county assessors;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=44126\">LB186<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Robert Hilkemann, which would change provisions relating to the offense of criminal child enticement;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43678\">LB188<\/a>, sponsored by Hastings Sen. Steve Halloran, which would the Second Amendment Preservation Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=44161\">LB199<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tony Vargas, which would adopt the Face Surveillance Privacy Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43610\">LB205<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Megan Hunt, which would change provisions relating to unpaid periodic rent under the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43604\">LB211<\/a>, sponsored by Glenvil Sen. Dave Murman, which would adopt the Reflexologist Registration Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43601\">LB212<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Machaela Cavanaugh, which would prohibit charging members of the Legislature fees for public record requests; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=43837\">LR13CA<\/a>, sponsored by Gordon Sen.
