Ernie Chambers, which would provide a sales tax exemption for the furnishing of water service;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41184\">LB1111<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Mike McDonnell, which would create a grant program for the state treasurer to award private donations and temporary school funds to common schools as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41587\">LB1113<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Rick Kolowski, which would provide that photographing or recording a peace officer is not obstruction of justice;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41363\">LB1118<\/a>, sponsored by Norfolk Sen. Jim Scheer, which would provide for grandparent visitation;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41543\">LB1150<\/a>, sponsored by Plymouth Sen. Tom Brandt, which would require the youth rehabilitation and treatment centers to be fully operational by July 1, 2021;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40889\">LB1152<\/a>, sponsored by Hastings Sen. Steve Halloran, which would change licensing, cultivation, testing, transportation, violation and penalty and powers and duties provisions relating to hemp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41560\">LB1157<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tony Vargas, which would provide for counting Nebraska residents in Nebraska prisons for redistricting purposes;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40984\">LB1158<\/a>, sponsored by La Vista Sen. John Arch, which would provide information on job skills programs to applicants for medical assistance;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41263\">LB1162<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Anna Wishart, which would adopt the Fueling Station Tax Credit Act; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41204\">LB298<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sara Howard, which would provide that the Executive Board appoint a special committee of the Legislature to be known as the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center Special Oversight Committee of the Legislature.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2020\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.
