Matt Hansen, which would change the prohibition on use of state funds for advertising or promotional materials;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40994\">LB987<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Patty Pansing Brooks, which would impose sales and use tax on dating and escort services and provide for the use of the revenue;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40948\">LB988<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Mike Hilgers, which would provide restrictions on business entity ownership with respect to certain professional services;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41010\">LB990<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Justin Wayne, which would adopt the Games of Skill Act and use proceeds to reduce school district property tax levies;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40661\">LB991<\/a>, sponsored by Hastings Sen. Steve Halloran, which would create the offense of sexual assault of a student and prohibit related enticement conduct by school officials;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41055\">LB993<\/a>, sponsored by Kearney Sen. John Lowe, which would change provisions regarding the number of city council members in cities adopting the city manager plan of government;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41395\">LB995<\/a>, sponsored by Creighton Sen. Tim Gragert, which would appropriate funds to the Commission on Public Advocacy;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41109\">LB996<\/a>, sponsored by Plymouth Sen. Tom Brandt, which would create the Broadband Data Improvement Program;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41477\">LB997<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Adam Morfeld, which would adopt the Out-of-Network Emergency Medical Care Act; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41160\">LB998<\/a>, sponsored by Glenvil Sen. Dave Murman, which would require behavioral awareness and intervention training and points of contact, transfer funds and change the Tax Equity and Educational Opportunities Support Act.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2020\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.
