Tom Briese, which would change the sales tax rate and impose sales tax on additional services;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40720\">LB949<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Kate Bolz, which would limit the amount an insured individual pays for prescription insulin drugs;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40820\">LB958<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Machaela Cavanaugh, which would change provisions relating to possession or purchase of a firearm by a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence or subject to any protection order;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41440\">LB959<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tony Vargas, which would limit habitual criminal enhancement to violent felonies;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40987\">LB961<\/a>, sponsored by Henderson Sen. Curt Friesen, which would adopt the Peer-to-Peer Vehicle Sharing Program Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40882\">LB962<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Megan Hunt, which would adopt the Nebraska Fair Pay to Play Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40792\">LB963<\/a>, sponsored by Gordon Sen. Tom Brewer, which would change provisions relating to workers\u2019 compensation for injuries to first responders and frontline state employees;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41062\">LB967<\/a>, sponsored by Bennington Sen. Wendy DeBoer, which would change provisions regarding bullying prevention and education;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=40729\">LB971<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Justin Wayne, which would redefine a lottery to include wagers made on the outcome of an authorized sporting event; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=41351\">LB974<\/a>, sponsored by the Revenue Committee, which would change taxation and school funding provisions.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2020\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.
