LB855, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Mike Moser, which would eliminate legislative confirmation for certain members of the Niobrara Council;<\/p>\n

LB861<\/a>, sponsored by Venango Sen. Dan Hughes, which would change provisions of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Act with respect to consumer merchandise and containers;<\/p>\n

LB873<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Megan Hunt, which would provide for a gender-neutral designation on operator\u2019s licenses and state identification cards and provide for amendment of a birth certificate;<\/p>\n

LB878<\/a>, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Lynne Walz, which would redefine immediate family and change conflict of interest provisions under the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act;<\/p>\n

LB881<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Matt Hansen, which would prohibit deductions of fines from bonds;<\/p>\n

LB887<\/a>, sponsored by La Vista Sen. John Arch, which would authorize pharmacists to adapt prescriptions;<\/p>\n

LB892<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Mike Hilgers, which would change individual income tax brackets;<\/p>\n

LB896<\/a>, sponsored by Bayard Sen. Steve Erdman, which would require notice of construction and expansion of structures near military installations as prescribed;<\/p>\n

LB898<\/a>, sponsored by Henderson Sen. Curt Friesen, which would provide for the collocation of certain wireless facilities; and<\/p>\n

LB903<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Rick Kolowski, which would provide for Down Syndrome Awareness license plates.<\/p>\n
