Tom Briese of Albion, would have addressed the state Liquor Control Commission\u2019s ability to close establishments due to violations of the Liquor Control Act.<\/p>\n<p>Those provisions were removed and replaced with portions of LB584, <span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">introduced by Sen.
