LeRoy Louden<\/a>, which would appropriate funds to the Designated Collection Fund for use by the Commission on Indian Affairs;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12566\" target=\"_blank\">LB283<\/a>, sponsored by Malcolm <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist21\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Ken Haar<\/a>, which would provide school boards with tax levy and bond authority relating to energy efficiency projects;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12236\" target=\"_blank\">LB284<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist10\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Bob Krist<\/a>, which would change provisions relating to unlawful picketing of a funeral;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12508\" target=\"_blank\">LB294<\/a>, sponsored by Wilber <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist32\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Russ Karpisek<\/a>, which would prohibit alcohol sales during certain hours to 21-year-olds;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12145\" target=\"_blank\">LB295<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist12\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Steve Lathrop<\/a>, which would provide a complaint procedure with the Public Service Commission regarding towing and storage fees;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12267\" target=\"_blank\">LB301<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist20\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Brad Ashford<\/a>, which would change provisions for sealing records under the Nebraska Juvenile Code;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12012\" target=\"_blank\">LB319<\/a>, sponsored by Bellevue <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist45\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Abbie Cornett<\/a>, which would change reimbursement for homestead exemptions;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12162\" target=\"_blank\">LB334<\/a>, sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Education Committee<\/a>, which would change and eliminate certain postsecondary education positions and programs;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12410\" target=\"_blank\">LB340<\/a>, sponsored by Fullerton <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist34\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Annette Dubas<\/a>, which would adopt the Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Notification Act; and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=11808\" target=\"_blank\">LB343<\/a>, sponsored by Bancroft <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist16\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Dave Heineman\u2019s State of the State address is scheduled for Jan. 13.
