Beau McCoy, which would change provisions relating to ballots cast by presidential electors;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12061\" target=\"_blank\">LB33<\/a>, sponsored by Ellsworth <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist49\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. LeRoy Louden<\/a>, which would change valuation of agricultural and horticultural land;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12045\" target=\"_blank\">LB48<\/a>, sponsored by Fremont <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist15\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Charlie Janssen<\/a>, which would adopt the Illegal Immigration Enforcement Act;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=11897\" target=\"_blank\">LB50<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist10\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Bob Krist<\/a>, which would adopt the Elementary and Secondary Educational Opportunity Act and provide for income tax credits;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12218\" target=\"_blank\">LB59<\/a>, sponsored by York<a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist24\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Sen. Greg Adams<\/a>, which would change state aid to community colleges provisions;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=11707\" target=\"_blank\">LB84<\/a>, sponsored by Valentine <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist43\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Deb Fischer<\/a>, which would adopt the Build Nebraska Act and authorize bonds for the highway system;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=11819\" target=\"_blank\">LB100<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist27\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Colby Coash<\/a>, which would change provisions relating to the criminal responsibility of intoxicated persons and the insanity defense;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12135\" target=\"_blank\">LB118<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist28\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Bill Avery<\/a>, which would eliminate provisions relating to state aid to natural resources districts;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=12221\" target=\"_blank\">LB130<\/a>, sponsored by Elk Creek <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist01\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Lavon Heidemann<\/a>, which would adjustment the formula need in the calculation of state aid to schools; and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=11874\" target=\"_blank\">LB132<\/a>, sponsored by Fullerton <a href=\"http:\/\/news.legislature.ne.gov\/dist34\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sen. Annette Dubas<\/a>, which would adopt the Abortion Mandate Opt-Out Act so no abortion coverage is provided by a qualified health plan offered through a health insurance exchange created pursuant to federal law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 19.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2011-01-06\" target=\"_blank\">complete list of bills<\/a> introduced Jan. 6 is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Dave Heineman\u2019s State of the State address is scheduled for Jan. 13.
