Justin Wayne, which would provide for collection of data on student disciplinary actions;<\/p>\n<p>LB498, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Anna Wishart, which would provide for medical assistance coverage of family planning services as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p>LB499, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Adam Morfeld, which would provide requirements for services by psychologists;<\/p>\n<p>LB504, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Megan Hunt, which would provide for enhanced penalties and a civil action for crimes committed because of a victim&#8217;s gender identity or association with a person of a certain gender identity and include strangulation in the offenses eligible for enhancement;<\/p>\n<p>LB518, sponsored by Elkhorn Sen. Lou Ann Linehan, which would adopt the Support for Trafficking Survivors Act;<\/p>\n<p>LB535, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Machaela Cavanaugh, which would prohibit employment discrimination by qualified businesses under the Nebraska Advantage Act;<\/p>\n<p>LB542, sponsored by Kearney Sen. John Lowe, which would adopt the Firearm Safety Act and provide a tax credit;<\/p>\n<p>LB553, sponsored by Elmwood Sen. Robert Clements, which would require reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability to have an assistance animal in a dwelling as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p>LB584, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Mike Hilgers, which would change farm winery provisions and provide for a promotional special designated license; and<\/p>\n<p>LR12CA, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tony Vargas, which would amendment the state constitution to change legislators&#8217; salaries.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2019\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.
