Among the 30 measures introduced were:<\/p>\n

LB378, sponsored by Blair Sen. Ben Hansen, which would change helmet provisions for autocycles, motorcycles and mopeds;<\/p>\n

LB382, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Suzanne Geist, which would change the Dog and Cat Purchase Protection Act;<\/p>\n

LB386, sponsored by Bayard Sen. Steve Erdman, which would change provisions relating to cash reserves under the Nebraska Budget Act;<\/p>\n

LB388, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sara Howard, which would change provisions relating to termination of parental rights, placement of children and guardianship;<\/p>\n

LB390, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Patty Pansing Brooks, which would provide duties regarding school resource officers and security guards;<\/p>\n

LB393, sponsored by North Platte Sen. Mike Groene, which would increase the documentary stamp tax;<\/p>\n

LB397, sponsored by Albion Sen. Tom Briese, which would change provisions relating to tobacco and other nicotine products and tobacco manufacturers;<\/p>\n

LB398, sponsored by Bennington Sen. Wendy DeBoer, which would change learning community levy and diversity plan requirements;<\/p>\n

LB399, sponsored by Peru Sen. Julie Slama, which would change the name and provisions related to the committee on Americanism; and<\/p>\n

LB402, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Robert Hilkemann, which would eliminate an eligibility provision relating to nutrition assistance benefits.<\/p>\n
