Julie Slama, which would reduce the threshold amount for claims against the state for prosecution costs;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37092\">LB238<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Patty Pansing Brooks, which would change requirements for witnessing death penalty executions;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37123\">LB240<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Matt Hansen, which would change procedures for determining competency to stand trial;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37498\">LB242<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Brett Lindstrom, which would adopt the Infrastructure Improvement and Replacement Assistance Act and provide for a turnback of state sales tax revenue;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37263\">LB243<\/a>, sponsored by Creighton Sen. Tim Gragert, which would create the Healthy Soils Task Force;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37419\">LB249<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Sara Howard, which would change the statute of limitations for civil actions arising from a sexual assault;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37343\">LB251<\/a>, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Lynne Walz, which would adopt the Child Hunger and Workforce Readiness Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37637\">LB252<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Suzanne Geist, which would provide a condition relating to advertisements by the state lottery; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=37440\">LB253<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen.
