Lydia Brasch, which would change provisions relating to parental rights of a child conceived as a result of sexual assault;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=30886\">LB108<\/a>, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Sue Crawford, which would require guidelines to ensure safety of a minor or dependent whose parent or guardian is arrested;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=31459\">LB109<\/a>, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Carol Blood, which would provide for a temporary teaching certificate or permit for military spouses;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=30770\">LB112<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Matt Hansen, which would permit provisional voting for voters moving within Nebraska without reregistering to vote;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=30764\">LB117<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Robert Hilkemann, which would adopt the Investigational Drug Use Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=30798\">LB120<\/a>, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, which would provide for Medical Assistance Act coverage for family planning services as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=31408\">LB122<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Patty Pansing Brooks, which would provide for family member visitation petitions;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=31068\">LB124<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Roy Baker, which would increase the probationary period of community college staff; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=31042\">LB129<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 18.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Pete Ricketts\u2019 State of the State address is scheduled for Jan. 12.
