{"id":18726,"date":"2016-02-29T11:52:57","date_gmt":"2016-02-29T17:52:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=18726"},"modified":"2016-02-29T11:52:57","modified_gmt":"2016-02-29T17:52:57","slug":"zoning-ordinance-changes-adopted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/update.legislature.ne.gov\/?p=18726","title":{"rendered":"Zoning ordinance changes adopted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A bill passed Feb. 29 will require some municipalities to provide notification to a county board before changing zoning ordinances within their extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction (ETJ).<\/p>\n<p>Under LB295, sponsored by Norfolk Sen.
