Al Davis, which would adopt the Fetal Dignity Protection Act;<\/p>\n<p>LB995, also sponsored by Davis, which would repeal provisions relating to the special valuation of agricultural land and provide for the agricultural value of agricultural land;<\/p>\n<p>LB998, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, which would provide for emergency community crisis centers and change provisions relating to emergency protective custody;<\/p>\n<p>LB1000, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Heath Mello, which would require certain law enforcement agencies to adopt policies on the use of body-worn cameras, provide that recordings from such cameras are not public records and prohibit certain conduct involving such recordings;<\/p>\n<p>LB1004, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Tanya Cook, which would change provisions relating to the Community Eligibility Provision and provide duties for the State Department of Education;<\/p>\n<p>LB1005, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Burke Harr, which would provide for an evidence-based drug formulary under the Nebraska Workers&#8217; Compensation Act;<\/p>\n<p>LB1007, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Colby Coash, which would provide provisions relating to protection of vulnerable adults and senior adults;<\/p>\n<p>LB1009, sponsored by Gothenburg Sen. Matt Williams, which would prohibit the sale and use of certain synthetic drugs under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act;<\/p>\n<p>LB1012, sponsored by Mello, which would adopt the Property Assessed Clean Energy Act; and<\/p>\n<p>LB1013, sponsored by Grand Island Sen. Mike Gloor, which would change the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products and provide for the distribution of proceeds.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2016\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>.
