Kate Bolz, which would appropriate additional funds to the Property Tax Credit Cash Fund;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25303\">LB453<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Robert Hilkemann, which would change provisions relating to motor vehicle taxes;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24936\">LB454<\/a>, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Tommy Garrett, which would change provisions relating to the taxation of military retirement benefits;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25023\">LB455<\/a>, sponsored by Grand Island Sen. Mike Gloor, which would change provisions relating to employment of a full-time fire chief by cities of the first class;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25078\">LB460<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, which would provide for the licensure of charter bus and limousine services and pedal-pub vehicles for the consumption of alcohol;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25032\">LB462<\/a>, sponsored by Hastings Sen. Les Seiler, which would change restrictions on campaigning by public officials and public employees;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24764\">LB472<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Kathy Campbell, which would adopt the Medicaid Redesign Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25306\">LB473<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Ernie Chambers, which would eliminate the power of eminent domain for major pipelines;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25424\">LB477<\/a>, sponsored by Hyannis Sen. Al Davis, which would change provisions relating to school districts maintaining the only public high school in a county; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24778\">LB495<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 21. <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/calendar\/calendar.php\">Committee hearings<\/a> began Jan. 20 and will continue through March.<\/p>\n<p>Gov.
