Mark Kolterman, which would change provisions and procedures relating to the disposition, care, custody and costs associated with the impoundment of dogs or cats;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25264\">LB380<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Adam Morfeld, which would create and provide duties for the Higher Education Affordability Commission;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24773\">LB383<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Matt Hansen, which would permit registered voters moving within Nebraska to vote provisionally without re-registering;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24915\">LB387<\/a>, sponsored by Scribner Sen. David Schnoor, which would transfer funds from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Property Tax Credit Cash Fund;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24931\">LB393<\/a>, sponsored by Ogallala Sen. Ken Schilz, which would change provisions of the Livestock Animal Welfare Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25272\">LB402<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Roy Baker, which would change and eliminate provisions relating to distance education incentives;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24790\">LB403<\/a>, sponsored by Hyannis Sen. Al Davis, which would change requirements for elections by mail;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24386\">LB418<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, which would change distribution of cigarette tax proceeds;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24664\">LB421<\/a>, sponsored by Papillion Sen. Bill Kintner, which would eliminate a learning community and provide for distribution of assets as prescribed; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24807\">LB425<\/a>, sponsored by Ralston Sen.
