LB238, sponsored by North Platte Sen. Mike Groene, which would change provisions relating to tax-increment financing under the Community Development Law;<\/p>\n
LB245<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Patty Pansing Brooks, which would change provisions relating to DNA testing of biological material;<\/p>\n LB248<\/a>, sponsored by Cedar Rapids Sen. Kate Sullivan, which would prohibit use of interactive wireless devices by school bus drivers as prescribed;<\/p>\n LB250<\/a>, sponsored by O\u2019Neill Sen. Tyson Larson, which would eliminate time restrictions on keno;<\/p>\n LB251<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, which would adopt the Veterans Subsidized Training and Employment Act;<\/p>\n LB262<\/a>, sponsored by Wahoo Sen. Jerry Johnson, which would eliminate refund provisions under the Dairy Industry Development Act;<\/p>\n LB265<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Kathy Campbell, which would change provisions relating to juveniles and child welfare;<\/p>\n LB268<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Ernie Chambers, which would change a penalty from death to life imprisonment without parole, eliminate a homicide report and change provisions relating to murder in the first degree;<\/p>\n LB273<\/a>, also sponsored by Sullivan, which would authorize voters to decide partisan status of county offices; and<\/p>\n LB275<\/a>, sponsored by Henderson Sen.
