Beau McCoy, which would change the election of presidential electors;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24872\">LB31<\/a>, sponsored by Hoskins Sen. Dave Bloomfield, which would eliminate motorcycle and moped helmet requirements;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24470\">LB32<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Heath Mello, which would require the state Department of Correctional Services to submit strategic plans as part of its budget request and progress reports;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24981\">LB43<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Colby Coash, which would provide for standby guardians and recovery of assets under the Nebraska Probate Code;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25071\">LB59<\/a>, sponsored by Norfolk Sen. Jim Scheer, which would redefine state aid value for purposes of the Tax Equity and Educational Opportunities Support Act (TEEOSA);<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25084\">LB60<\/a>, sponsored by Papillion Sen. Bill Kintner, which would authorize possession of firearms as prescribed;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24699\">LB71<\/a>, sponsored by Columbus Sen. Paul Schumacher, which would adopt the Agricultural Property Tax Credit Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24672\">LB77<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, which would require a Medicaid state plan amendment for family planning services and state intent relating to appropriations for the Every Woman Matters program;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=24507\">LB107<\/a>, sponsored by Bellevue Sen. Sue Crawford, which would eliminate integrated practice agreements and provide for transition-to-practice agreements for nurse practitioners; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=25012\">LB111<\/a>, sponsored by O\u2019Neill Sen.
