Scott Lautenbaugh, which would adopt the Independent Public Schools Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21485\">LB973<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Burke Harr, which would change and eliminate provisions relating to classification of school districts;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21583\">LB975<\/a>, sponsored by Gretna Sen. John Murante, which would change provisions for filling vacancies in the Legislature and Board of Regents;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21984\">LB976<\/a>, sponsored by Wilber Sen. Russ Karpisek, which would adopt the Redistricting Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22024\">LB978<\/a>, sponsored by Harr, which would authorize funding for on-bill payment programs under the Low-Income Home Energy Conservation Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22016\">LB979<\/a>, sponsored by Harr, which would change provisions relating to tax sales for delinquent property taxes;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22018\">LB980<\/a>, sponsored by Wahoo Sen. Jerry Johnson, which would change provisions relating to termination of a township board;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21454\">LB983<\/a>, sponsored by Fullerton Sen. Annette Dubas, which would change provisions relating to commercial driver\u2019s licenses and commercial learner\u2019s permits;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22066\">LB984<\/a>, sponsored by Cedar Rapids Sen. Kate Sullivan, which would change allocations from the Education Innovation Fund; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22139\">LB985<\/a>, sponsored by Hyannis Sen. Al Davis, which would provide standing to natural resources districts and provide requirements for water appropriations.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2014\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 22.
