Sue Crawford, which would exempt military retirement income from state income taxation;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22020\">LB904<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Rick Kolowski, which would create an endowment fund to provide grants for a black history museum and center;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21577\">LB907<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Brad Ashford, which would provide for supervised release, reentry probation officers, create the Nebraska Center for Justice Research and change presentence investigations and good time provisions;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21798\">LB908<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Colby Coash, which would change child guardianship, ward and adoption for child out of wedlock provisions;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=22015\">LB909<\/a>, sponsored by Papillion Sen. Bill Kintner, which would require state agencies to submit to the Legislative Performance Audit Committee a list of certain rules and regulations and legislation requiring the rules and regulations<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21925\">LB923<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Amanda McGill, which would require training on suicide awareness and prevention for school personnel;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21369\">LB928<\/a>, sponsored by the State Tribal Relations Committee, which would change provisions of the Nebraska Indian Child Welfare Act;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21840\">LB929<\/a>, sponsored by Grand Island Sen. Mike Gloor, which would define a term with respect to cities of the first class police officers&#8217; and firefighters&#8217; retirement;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21883\">LB930<\/a>, sponsored by Syracuse Sen. Dan Watermeier, which would require an operator&#8217;s presence at an excavation under the One-Call Notification System Act; and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislature.ne.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21757\">LB932<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Bill Avery, which would restrict public employer requests for criminal history information from an applicant.<\/p>\n<p>A complete list of bills introduced thus far is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/search_by_date.php?SessionDay=2014\">NebraskaLegislature.gov<\/a>. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 22.
