John Harms, which would change provisions relating to anatomical gift donation designations on driver\u2019s licenses and state identification cards;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21430\">LB730<\/a>, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Rick Kolowski, which would change reporting provisions under the Child Protection Act;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21574\">LB741<\/a>, sponsored by Gretna Sen. John Murante, which would require schools to have a policy relating to tornado drills as prescribed;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21666\">LB744<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Bill Avery, which would establish the Nebraska Sesquicentennial Commission;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21707\">LB756<\/a>, sponsored by Papillion Sen. Jim Smith, which would redefine bicycle and motor vehicle;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21752\">LB763<\/a>, sponsored by Fremont Sen. Charlie Janssen, which would require reports from state agencies on inefficient programs;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21695\">LB765<\/a>, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Danielle Conrad, which would change the Nebraska Wage Payment and Collection Act;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21854\">LB768<\/a>, sponsored by Ogallala Sen. Ken Schilz, which would change fee provisions of the Livestock Brand Act;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21457\">LB770<\/a>, sponsored by Cortland Sen. Norm Wallman, which would change provisions relating to explosives and destructive devices; and<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nebraskalegislature.gov\/bills\/view_bill.php?DocumentID=21741\">LB773<\/a>, sponsored by Hyannis Sen. Al Davis, which would provide for partisan ballots for unaffiliated voters at primary elections.<\/p>\n<p>Sixty-nine bills were introduced on the first day of the second session, Jan. 8. New bills may be introduced for the first 10 legislative days, or until Jan. 22.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Dave Heineman\u2019s State of the State address is scheduled for Jan. 15.
