Larson resigns from Legislature

Sen. Tyson Larson of O’Neill resigned from the Legislature Dec. 26.

Larson, who represented District 40, was elected in 2010 and reelected in 2014. He had approximately two weeks remaining in his final term. Larson’s successor, Tim Gragert of Creighton, will take office Jan. 9 when the 106th Legislature convenes for its first session.
