LB1055, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Ernie Chambers, which would open grand jury proceedings to the public as prescribed and change proceedings in cases of death during apprehension by law enforcement officers or while in custody;

LB1056, also sponsored by Chambers, which would adopt the Patient Choice at End of Life Act;

LB1081, sponsored by Lincoln Sen. Kathy Campbell, which would change provisions relating to eligibility for public assistance;

LB1083, sponsored by Gothenburg Sen. Matt Williams, which would adopt the Next Generation Business Growth Act and change funding for tax credits under the Community Development Assistance Act;
